A Quick Look Into Home Prices in Troy

The housing market in Troy has stabilized so far in 2022. The market in the region is catching up with demand, and these trends are reflected in housing prices.

According to, In March 2022, Troy home prices were up 14.2% compared to last year, selling for a median price of $110K. 

On average, homes in Troy sell after 8 days on the market compared to 24 days last year. There were 69 homes sold in March this year, down from 87 last year.
